We had a great afternoon celebrating & welcoming Agape Advocates into our Boerne business community with a special ribbon cutting ceremony!

Agape Advocates is on a mission to provide compassionate RN medical care management and advocacy for you or your loved ones. Navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming, but with the help and guidance of their knowledgeable Registered Nurse Care managers, it doesn’t have to be.

Their services include:
• Healthcare Coordination - coordinating between the client, family, and medical/healthcare providers
• Healthcare Navigation - accompanying clients to vital appointments and assisting in explanation of treatment plans
• Healthcare Advocacy - provides overall support and guidance to clients and families
