Boerne Lemonade Day
The Chamber hosts Boerne Lemonade Day each year with the mission to help today’s youth become the business leaders, social advocates, community volunteers, and forward-thinking citizens of tomorrow. Kids learn to:
set goals
develop a business plan
establish a budget
seek investors
provide customer
service
save for the future
give back to the community
Last year, our Chamber hosted 92 stands in the area, with approximately 280 kids participating. The winning stand(s) in each category is awarded $250 to be donated to a local nonprofit of their choice!

Date: 1st Saturday in May
Location: Primarily along Boerne Main St, but stands are spread throughout the community

Schedule:
Backpack Pickup Party is typically about 1 month before Lemonade DayFinancial Literacy Class is typically a week after Backpack Pick-Up Party
Best Tasting Competition is two days before Lemonade Day
Day of: Judging is 11am to 1pm, but kids are allowed to sell lemonade before and after official hours
