Leadership Boerne

Developed in 1998, Leadership Boerne is a fun and demanding one-year program that strives to equip new and experienced leaders alike.

Participants will be exposed to critical issues facing Boerne, surrounding communities and the state, while also allowing participants to make significant contributions to the community.

The program is made up of a series of full-day classes spanning the nine-month traditional school year (Sept—May), and concludes with a graduation ceremony. Acceptance is limited, and participants must be prepared to attend all nine full-day sessions.

  • Leadership Boerne is a community Leadership program aimed at increasing the leadership pool for the present and future of the Boerne area.

    • September through May

    • A full-day session each month, typically held on the second Wednesday

    • Lunch is included, underwritten by a contributing sponsor(s)
