GREATER BOERNE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HIRES NEW CEO & PRESIDENT

The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Kimberley Blohm has been named President and Chief Executive Officer. Kimberley, who has previously served as the Vice President of Marketing and Membership at The Chamber for just over a year, draws on her background to help enable the success of the area’s business community through advocacy, education and connection.

The Chamber’s Board of Directors conducted a national search for qualified candidates beginning in early February 2019. A Personnel Committee was appointed to facilitate the search, and diligently interviewed applicants before presenting their recommendation to the Board of Directors, who elected Kimberley as President and CEO on April 9, 2019.

“Kimberley’s enthusiasm, proficiency and impactful leadership will continue to bring solid progression and strength to The Chamber,” said Jacques DuBose, Chairman of the Board of Directors at The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce. “Her dedication to the Boerne business community is unmatched and I look forward to supporting her in her new role as President and CEO.”

Kimberley is a hands-on leader and innovator with multi-faceted business experience. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunication Media Studies from Texas A&M University. Her impressive standard of work, corporate culture development, results-driven focus and proven leadership has allowed Kimberley to be selected as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce.
