100th Anniversary for Graham Monument & Veterans Plaza

The Boerne Chamber team & ambassadors assisted Boerne Parks & Recreation with the official unveiling of the new interpretive signage at Veterans Plaza on March 6, 2023. We also celebrated the 100th Anniversary of the Graham Monument, a memorial to fallen soldiers from the area, located at Veterans Plaza. It was announced during the ceremony that the 100-year-old park was officially designated a “Lone Star Legacy Park” by Texas Parks and Recreation Society for its service to the Kendall County military community through the years! Congratulations to the City of Boerne - City Government, Boerne Parks & Recreation and Patrick Heath Public Library on this huge accomplishment, it was a beautiful ceremony this morning!
