Chamber Staff

At the end of the day, it's the hard-working Chamber staff who keep the ball rolling. Our goal is to make a positive experience out of every encounter you have with our great Chamber. With over 25 years of combined experience, our staff of 6 full time employees, we strive continually to provide professional services to all Chamber members.

Paula White

President/CEO, Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce

Paula has been with the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce for over 14 years, and has been President for the past 12 years. She serves as a Board member on the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives, and is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the American Chamber of Commerce.

Rita Cornelius

Rita has over ten years experience in membership services. She is responsible for all members, including membership recruitment and retention.
Rita works closely with the Ambassador and Membership Council. She is happily married to husband Tom.

Kerry Phillip

Kerry joined our staff in August of 2005 as a part-timer and is now employed full time as Director of Special Events. A graduate of Leadership Boerne Class of 2005, Kerry is married to David Phillip and has two beautiful children who keep her busy while she's not busy at the Chamber.

Ann Schafer

Originally from Colorado, Ann has lived in Boerne for eleven years. Ann has a background in accounting and office management, and has been a great asset to the Chamber. She began as a office volunteer for three years and has been a paid staff member for five years.

Lynn Richter

Lynn is the Director of Communications. Her responsibilities include planning, writing and transmitting our monthly e-newsletter, updating and adding content to our website, providing administrative support to the President and other communications projects.

Bonnie Westley
