Do you like something in particular about our Chamber? Well, start by thanking the Board of Directors for their time, dedication and direction. Something you don't like? The buck stops here, and these directors are not afraid to hear what's on your mind.

Your 2010 Chairmwoman of the Board of Directors is Susan (Susie) Allen of Texas Heritage Bank. Vice Chairman for 2010 who takes office on January 1, 2011, is Mike Schultz of The Trust Company. Past Chair is MJ Slater of GVTC.

Susie was born and raised in San Antonio and joined Texas Heritage Bank in Boerne in 2003 and is now the President of the Texas Heritage Bank location at Leon Springs. Susie is the Chair of the 2010 Chamber Board of Directors and served as the Chair on the 2009 Business Education Council.

Mike is the Director of Business Development for The Trust Company of San Antonio & Boerne, joining the company in 2007. Mike has been engaged in the financial services and has served on several planning committees and organization boards and is the current Chair of the Government Affairs Council.

M.J. is the immediate Past Chair of the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as well as a past Chair for the Ambassador/Membership Council on which she has served for the past several years.

Owner of Kendall County Abstract Company, Mike Lang is a 1976 graduate of Texas A&M University. From 1982 - 1997, Mike was a lending officer with NBC Bank and in 1997, Mike joined KCAC. Mike joined the Chamber’s Board of Directors in 2009 and serves as Treasurer on the 2010 Executive Board.

Beca was born and raised in Comfort, has a BA in Finance from Angelo State University. Married to Dutch for 15 years. Serves as Secretary on the Executive Board for the Boerne Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Business Education Council.

Matt is past Chairman of the Government Affairs Council and is also serving on the Chamber's Golf Tournament Committee. Matt joined the Chamber Board of Directors July, 2007 and is the current Member At Large on the Executive Board Committee.

Nancy comes to the 2010 Board of Directors as a multi-business owner. Her businesses are The Corner Cartel and Maid in Texas. Nancy has excellent retail skills and has served on Boerne’s Christmas Dickens on Main committee. The Chamber is excited to have Nancy on the Board.

Ronnie Huie

JoDee Kerestes was born in Taiwan, is married to Mike Kerestes with 3 children. She works for Methodist Healthcare as a Physician Liaison.
Before that, she ran International Continuing Medical Education for physicians in countries in the Pacific & Caribbean for 13 years.

Chris Miller

Chris D. Miller is a licensed nursing facility administrator with over thirty years experience in long term healthcare. He also holds an Assisted Living Certification in the State of Texas. Mr. Miller is a former member of the Texas Health Care Association serving on legislative committees.
